Academic Technology Training & Support
Contact the Academic Technology support team in three different ways. Live chat and phone are monitored between 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Thursday and on Friday from 10:00am through 3:00pm. Email support is available from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Chat is located at the bottom, right hand corner of any help article page. Our team can provide quick answers to your teaching technology questions and share links to articles and resources. Get started by select the dark blue chat icon in the bottom, right cover of the screen and then select Live Chat Support.
