Academic Technology Training & Support
Contact the Academic Technology support team in three different ways.
Live chat and phone (855-675-0755) are monitored by the AT team between 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Thursday and on Friday from 10:00am through 3:00pm.
Email support (TeachingTools@umsystem.edu) is available from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
During our off hours, limited support is available via our same contact number (855) 675-0755 and your call will be answered by our contracted after-hours support team, BlackBelt Help.
Chat is located at the bottom, right hand corner of any help article page. Our team can provide quick answers to your teaching technology questions and share links to articles and resources. Get started by select the dark blue chat icon in the bottom, right cover of the screen and then select Live Chat Support.
