Be ready for end of the semester grading
We know there are many options for configuring your gradebook in Canvas. Be prepared for the end of the semester and grading by attending one of several gradebook training sessions we will be offering. There have been no changes to the gradebook process, this is an opportunity to learn more about using the Gradebook.
The Canvas Gradebook Overview covers the basics of setting up and navigating your Canvas Gradebook. Topics covered in the 60-minute session include:
Arranging Gradebook Columns
Applying late/missing policies
Hiding and Posting Grades
Gradebook Management/Time Saving Strategies
Using "Notes" in your Gradebook
What-If-Grades (for students)
Four sessions will be offered between December 6 - 21. To register for a course visit our training page and search for “gradebook”. If you are unable to attend one of our sessions, please reach out to schedule some time with an Academic Technologist.
