New Zoom security option allows internal participants only
Are you concerned about your Zoom meeting link being exposed to uninvited guests? A new option can help by restricting your meetings to only people within the UM System community.
When creating a Zoom meeting, click the checkbox to enable Only authenticated users can join. This option is within the Meeting Options section of the page.
Select University of Missouri System ONLY from the dropdown menu. This option means that only users from all four campuses and the MU Hospital will be allowed to join.
When using this option, please remind your meeting participants that they will need to sign in to their UM System Zoom account before they can join your meeting. This setting is great for meetings with a large number of participants or meetings where the link may be posted publicly.
